However recenctly when I collected from you & delivered to my clients, they opened up and saw lots of Spaces inside the box making them feel they are getting less than what they paid for. And it may reduce the chances of ordering from me in future. My recommendation is to make the paper rolls fit Perfectly inside the box before you sell to customers.
